Owen's getting ready to come to America!

We are still making tentative plans for home assignment based upon Owen's adoption process.  Here is a tentative - very tentative! - schedule for our current plan:

??Nov. 30-Dec. 8:  Hawaii (??dates pending decision on Owen's visa)

Dec 8-15  Los Angeles  (dates pending still)

 Dec 15-Feb 25:  New Jersey/East Coast

         Washington DC:  January 22 - February 4;  February 20-22

Feb 25-March 15:  Hawaii

March 15-30:  Japan (Asian Access annual conference;  investigating future ministry updates)

April 1- June 7:  Pasadena

June:  Back to Japan!

Here are some prayer requests related to our home assignment:

NEW REQUEST:  We just found out that Owen has been denied the B2 Visa a SECOND TIME for our home assignment.  It feels like a poor bureaucratic decision, but we want to trust God with this.  Please pray!  The bottom line is that we must finish up Owen's Immigration visa this next month.  One of our challenges is that we need to be out of our home in Sendai on November 22.  

Owen's adoption process here in Japan:  we are working with Sendai court officials to try and complete his official Japanese adoption by mid-November. One major prayer request is that Owen's birth mother would quickly receive the adoption decree and be willing to sign it.  

We need to find a home in Japan for Molly!  It is too expensive and difficult with quarantine issues to take her with us.  

Housing and car needs in each place where we'll be travelling.

Wisdom as we make flight arrangements... we're praying for God to lead us step by step, day by day.
